worries, and useless websites :P

OK. OK. I know now, is really not the time for blogging, because in like 12 hours, im going to be sitting in for my finals and if I don't get an average of 50, im going to stay in sec2,-well, it's not that i don't want to, but i'd only do it if everyone else who enjoyed sec2 with me would be staying-.
So yeah. I'm in total panic right now, i'm in the state of all panic, and yeah.... yeah... i have nothing else to say.
kfjhdksl;fihdnkjlsdfgdls;fogijdkslofijg. Writing this is one of the ways i get to relieve my panic. Oh God. Help. 5 more days in the opportunity hall...

so it all boils down to this.
The final exams; the last 5 days of the opporunity hall for us.
like i've explained, every year, we spend 20 days in the opportunity hall, and next week, we will face the last, biggest, most important 5 days of our opportunity hall.

The last time we were in the opportunity hall was in March.
Back then, our MPH was still new and the flooring wasn't done up properly yet. It was still cement, and the buzzer was broken too. Hahaha.
But, that seemed like it was not too long ago. How many months apart is May form March?
like 1 month.
right? seems short doesn't it?
in too.
But in one academic year, thats one whole term for you.
Time travels too fast. I love my class; sec2A.
I don't know how we all got to be close, but thank God we are.
Thats the best thing about 2A and I will surely miss it.
i know sec3 is going to be totaly different.
For one, we secondary 2-ers are going to have to stop fooling around, ...... hahaha.
Sec 3 marks the beginning of starting the IGCSE's. gyaaaaaahaaa.
Second of all, many of my friends will be moving away, and many will be coming in too.
idk, i really like our clss the way it is now. I don't really want anything to change.
Yesterday was our last academic day.
The last day of learning as a normal sec2 student.
huahauhaua
man, time does travel fast.
I wanna go to jogja again with sec2!
It's already been like a month!!
im gonna miss you all,
shake and pop!!

write a letter to your future self ;)

its may 17th and it's really sad that i have like less than 5 posts, considering that i used to love blogging so much.
So the post below this one is one i had to do for CWS. its about world hunger.

anyways, life's been treating me well. I really miss Jogja, and the musical.
I really should have posted something up about Jogja but i guess i'll just do that some other time when i feel like it.
We had a musical last Tuesday, RICS first ever ;) and sec2A became pirates. I really love sec2A, but seriously the musical was fun.
Sec2B did the Under the Sea theme.
At first i was pretty jealous of their well co-ordinated dance, but when i saw their costumes, all i could do was let out a snort of laughter. The girls were given these weird multiculoured fins made of sequins which were supposed to look like mermaids. Worst of all most of the sizes were initially meant for little girls, so most of the full grown sec2B's looked ridiculous in the so called mermaid costumes.
The boys had to wear different full body suits of different under sea critters. The costumes weren't that bad but yeah, it still looked pretty funny.
Anyways, our pirate theme costumes were really nice, ea ea. :D
I was really happy that day, well i mean, anything besides studying right?

So anyways i found this thing;
http://www.futureme.org/
i reccomend you to try it.
You see when i'm really bored sometimes, i stumble upon websites that are either strange, interesting, or retarded.
Well this one's interesting.
It's called Future Me. It's where you get a chance to write a letter -more like email actually- to your future self. So I wrote one dated 1st January 2010.
For somereason i'm a little afrair to write it too ahead of time, i don't know what i'll discover by then, who i'll become.
So yes, be it 20 years in the future, or for the very next day, remember to write one to yourself ;).
The websites say that your letter can be either confidential, or public but anonymous, gyahha.
Anyways, who's gonna read it?

Hunger all around us.

The Jakarta we live in today is a tough place to live, like many metropolitan cities, it has become a place where people are struggling for a place in the economic world. Like and unlike many other metropolitan cities in the world, Jakarta has a huge percentage of residents who are still classified as poor. Many of which are fighting to make a living, many of which are hungry everyday.

Some people starve to death. It is indeed a cause of deaths in Jakarta. Yet, many of those who are already privileged enough are too caught up in our own activities to even notice those who are starving on the streets, too busy to lend a helping hand to our fellow Jakartans.

What are we thinking of these days?
Sometimes, humans are labelled as selfish, but it is not the truth. Many of us are willing to give a helping hand.
The real problem is how many people are not aware of the facts?
We pass streetkids in Jakarta who are begging for money for on the streets everyday, yet it has become a habit for us to ignore them.
We have been closing one eye to the sufferings of these people.

The truth is, hunger is all around us, wether we have been aware of it or not.

hahaha but today, i can't ignore my homework.
let me just admit that my project which is supposed to be 15pgs long is due next week and i haven't started. i'm so lazy to do it right now.
and im supposed to write something on my blog about hunger, as a cws project thingy.
