Remember the post about WIBI? HAHAHAHAHAHA.
Well I don't want to remember it. How embarrassing. Seriously embarrassing. Stark naked embarrassing. I mean, WIBI? HAHAHAHAHH
OK. Whatever. I take whatever I said back. I'm not even going to link this post to that one because I'm so embarrassed. I still can't believe that my blog got found out. Jusuf will always be my Jusuf though :3 Well that's simply because JUSUF IS JUSUF.
I hope this post doesn't cause any embarrassment in the future either.
HUH. This is what I get for expressing my thoughts huh?
SIGH.
And again I'm back to my terrible habit of blogging during exam time :S
*Hey, notice how many times I used the words embarrassed, embarrassing, and embarrassment? Know any synonyms I could use?

Monday, 20 September 2010
Well, this is my first blog post written from my Blackberry. Though I've had my blackberry for quite some time now, I've never thought to write my blog on it. Until now. How useful! I'll now be able to blog anywhere at all :D
Well, I don't blog much anyways, but yeah. Maybe I'll blog more now? Who knows.
Anyways, I've just realized the degree of shame of becoming what I've been turning into.
A Korean freak.
Well, you know what? I don't care. Sorta.
Korea has provided me with hours and hours and hours of entertainment. A new world I'd never dream of otherwise. Sigh.
Yes, I've transitioned. I'm even standing up for their entertainment industry.
Anyways, speaking of their entertainment industry, guess what I did this holiday!
Well yeah, what else could I have done but spend countless hours in front of my laptop watching episode after episode of drama after drama?
Hahahahhahahahahaha yes. I have no life.
Well, this holiday, I managed to watch; Coffee House, Prosecutor Princess, Oh! My Lady, and I'm currently watching Hong Gil Dong, and the Man Who Can't Get Married.
I bet I'm going to stop watching 'The Man Who Can't Get Married' very soon.
Why? There's no depth. It doesn't entertain me as much.
It's almost like the drama 'Oh! My Lady' which watched and managed to finish while gritting my teeth. Well at least there was some eye candy in that. SiWon! :S God, I'm not even a SuJu fan.
What was worth the watch? DEFINITELY Prosecutor Princess. Definitely. Coffee House too I guess... Yeah sort of. I love Kang Ji Hwan, so it's a little personal. But yes. Both were BRILLIANT.
Ok, It's like past 1AM right now and I have to get up for the first day back at school in a few hours, so let me make this quick.
*May contain spoilers*
1) Coffee House.
If you ask me, they should have just stuck with the name 'Page One'. It really suits the drama more. But wonderful. I loved all the comedy. And I loved the way they made the character 'Lee Jin Soo' so complex, intruiging, entertaining, and so so so awesome. The way he was portrayed by Kang Ji Hwan was amazing. He totally sold me to the drama.
I loved his image and his slighty psychopathic thinking. But I dislike *SPOILER how he becomes less psychotic towards the end (perhaps due to the viewers uncovering the reason for his strange behaviour and actually seeing sense in it?) and also how his image changes at the end. Bad hairdo. Still a handsome face though. The ending was okay, but because of the first half, they sort of sold me to a couple which wouldn't become hence, it was a little disappointing* Great acting. By both Kang Ji Hwan and Park Si Yeon.
Rating: 3 and a half stars? If that's a little harsh, say 4 stars? But I think it's a bit too high. How about 3.75 stars?
You know what I learned this holiday? If you don't know who the lead in a drama will end up with in a romance drama, just check the cast. It'll usually be the second name. The first name'd be the lead protagonist.
Sigh.
Well before I carry on about 'Prosecutor Princess'; I found what these 2 dramas had in common. I didn't know who the lead would end up with until like 1/2 the drama passed! In most romantic comedies, you'd know right away. Well it was fun and exciting watching while crossing your fingers hoping that your favourite guy would make the cut. Hohoho.
Ok, now, Prosecutor Princess.
2) Prosecutor Princess: So when I first heard of this drama a long time ago, I didn't think that I'd actually take the time to watch it. But I did. And boy am I glad I did. BRILLIANT. Both the main leads did splendid. Splendid. I loved it. I thought this drama would be about some rich bratty girl who becomes a prosecutor and yeah, everything along the lines of 'Legally Blonde'. Well, let me tell you, it's so much more.
It's about the development of this initially bratty girl. And yeah. How she develops humanity while still being able to stay awesome. And the plot, great.
At first it was all mysterious, and you'd continue watching out of curiousity, but then when the smoke starts to clear, you'll see how everything gels together beautifully.
Well done. Praise to Park Shi Hoo and Kim So Yeon. I think I might even watch it again in the far future after I stop thinking about it. And after I've started to forget the story.
Rating: 4 and a 1/2 stars. I can say that as far as I remember, I was thoroughly entertained and always anticipated the next episode.
Okay. :D Just some thoughts.
Goodnight all.

15/07: Uber Lucky Day
Writing today, on the 17th of July, looking upon the 15th(which was merely the day before yesterday)seems so much like a dream.
Yeap. Super lucky day. Nothing at all that I can recall went wrong.
To see a summarized list of the lucky events, scroll to the bottom of this post.
If you have time, read the whole post, and decide for yourself. ;)
Beware, the (almost) entire story is super duper long. Well it's already the abridged version, but it still IS long.
OH, and this is the sequel to the post 'Opposite Directions'
(see- http://dmvhello.blogspot.com/2010/03/opposite-directions.html)
STARTS HERE:
On Friday, Pauline and I spontaneously decided to go to Peter's house. Again. At 6PM. Of course it wasn't originally like that.
Pauline had been asked to treat all the 'laba-laba' members to a few rounds of billiard. It turns out that out of all of them, only Adhit and Andrew showed up. Anyways, Pauline had already invited me. Well, the main reason I so spontaneously decided to go out at 4PM yesterday was because I wanted to see Peter. HAHA. Well, he didn't show.
Pauline arrived first, and I was about to go back home because she said Peter wasn't there. Then, she said 'Hey, we should just go to him instead'.
Trying to track him own for months, we thought that we finally succeeded... since the reason why he didn't go to play billiard was because 'no one would send him there'. If he was telling the truth, then he would be at home the whole night. That would mean we had him cornered.
He had once threatened Pauline and I that if we were to ever show up in front of his house, he wouldn't be home (True to his promise, he did do that once, actually on our first failed attempt to get him -see http://dmvhello.blogspot.com/2010/03/opposite-directions.html). This time though, there was simply no way for him to escape.
I left from my house at 4.45PM and arrived at Cilandak Town Square at about 5.15PM; Which is surprisingly fast, since that's the beginning of rush hour in Jakarta.
There, only Pauline, Adhitya and Andrew were present(We had a brief encounter Nicole and Menora and their friend there too though). We didn't actually stay long. Well since I arrived late, I got to play one game. I sunk 2 balls btw! Hahaha (Okay, pardon my excitement, I can't really play billiard). Pauline too only played one game. While playing, we decided to invite Andrew and Adhit over to Peter's house but they said that they'd come only if Peter has a working PS2. Somehow, they had the idea that his was broken. Sure enough Peter has a working PS2, I even had to BBM his to ask -,- it went something like:
"Peter, do you have a PS2?"
"Yes"
"Is it broken?"
"No,Why would it be broken?"
"Someone told me it was broken"
"That's retarded...who told you that?"
"Uhhhh Adhit and Andrew"
"Zzzz it's not like they've ever been to my house"
Well honestly, I thought they HAD been to Peter's house at least once. Really, Pauline and I, at that time had been closer than Adhit or Andrew to actually going to into his house. Adhit had only been to his complex, Andrew hadn't ever been close to it, where as Pauline and I have literally touched the gate.
How they came up with the conclusion Peter's PS2 was broken, I have no idea.
So four of us left to Peter's house. What I know as an area of uber BAD traffic was... not trafficky at all. It took us about 20 minutes to arrive at his complex. It would have taken much longer if not for Adhit, who lead us there since he lives near and knows the way. It took us another 10 minutes to find the house.
We found it at last. Andrew was already hungry when we got there so he was looking forward to the free food.
We waited outside his front gate for close to 5 minutes. We actually had to call his house to get him to open up the gate (God knows what he was doing). The conversation between Adhit and Peter was something like this;
Adhit: "Peter! Can I come over to house with Andrew?"
Peter: "Yeah! Sure, just come over!"
Adhit: "Ok, great! Open the gate Peter! I'm here in front!"
Peter: "Uhhh... OK OK"
And of course, A few seconds later, there he was.
Since he only knew that Andrew and Adhit were coming, boy was he shocked to see Pauline and I (Well I don't know if he was shocked, he might have actually guessed we were coming because of the BBM earlier). I would guess that without Adhit and Andrew, entrance into his abode would have been a much more of a challenge.
We were welcomed by a Peter wearing a huge oversized blue and red Superman tee and black super short shorts. Well, to be precise, I don't know if Pauline and I were welcomed he just sort of left the gate open after letting Andrew and Adhit in. I'm a little sure he was a teeny bit annoyed at our presence. Or maybe he was secretly happy, who knows?
Anyway, Just like Adhit and Andrew had planned, three of them played PS2.
Me and Pauline were left to watch. Well a few minutes later, we decided to do what WE had planned. Go and make an alliance with his little sister.
We stepped out of the room and sure enough, she was there, wandering in the hall.
What was the first thing we did when we met her?
Take a photo for evidence of course. HAHA.
Well, I won't explain any details further than this point. No details about his house, what we saw, what was said, what was done.
Well the excitement of the journey is usually the best part isn't it? Except for this time, I'd have to say that what I saw matched up to the excitement of the journey, actually.
After all, I HAD been wondering for months now what the interior of his house looked like.
I'll just tell you that later, Andrew got his free dinner and everyone was happy on the way back. And that Andrew had a gas problem on the way home after his HUGE meal. He's tiny for someone who eats his portions but still feels hungry after.
Everything (surprisingly) went completely according to plan, even though the plan was actually only made super spontaneously.
------------------------------------
WHY WAS IT LUCKY?
To sum it all up, I say that we had divine help.
There were a couple of lucky incidents that aided our success in finding him this time. It felt like God had made it almost too easy.
1. I arrived in CiTos uber quickly despite actually considering turning back and going home.
Luck-O-Meter rating: 2/5
Yes, I admit it was Pak Mairin's skill in driving and a bit of luck mixed together
2. Adhit and Andrew ONLY were there. This is great because(1)these two are our tickets into Peter's home. Not only that,(2) these two are our FREE tickets into his home; usually we'd have to bring a peace offering into Peter's house out of courtesy, like the box of danish bisuits we bought the last time. (3) Adhit knew exactly how to get into the complex, since his house is near the area. (4) If more people were present, we'd all probably not fit into Pauline's car.
Luck-O-Meter rating: 3/5
3. Our way there was paved with GOLD. Not literally of course. Our earlier attempt to do the same was a waste of time, because it was so jammed. It took us 20 minutes this time to get there while before, it took about 1 and 1/2 hours to travel the same road, and that was in the afternoon. Usually, it IS that jammed.
Luck-O-Meter rating: 5/5
I still have no idea, absolutely no clue of how it was so car-free that day. Even during rush hour. On a weekday.
4. When we arrived there, we actually found out that Peter and his sister and his parents were going to leave for Singapore THE VERY NEXT DAY. In the morining. Don't you think it's simply divine how we somehow landed in his house the day before he was going to Singapore?
Luck-O-Meter rating: 5/5
No comment. Thank you God.
''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''
Well, if you don't think that the above is pure evidence that the 15th of July 2010 is the official lucky day, than think about this.
It was not only lucky for Pauline and I, but hear these stories out.
These are events that didn't aid our arrival to Peter's house, but are super lucky anyways.
5. Earlier that day, before I went to Peter's house, I was actually at PIM, and on the way home, as my car was leaving the Dharmawangsa area, my car happened to pass my sister, and Karen (Pauline's sister) walking on the road. Turns out, they were on the way to Dharmawangsa square after a MUAY THAI session, and ofcourse, they asked for a lift there. Walking there would have taken quite a while but with the car, it was a short while. Now isn't that lucky?
Luck-O-Meter rating: 5/5
A totally RANDOM encounter. The car wasn't even in a jam, it wasn't even about to stop, the traffic was great. It was like a timed encounter. They walked right up the road to our car, just as it was passing. AMAZING :O
6. Later that day, in Pauline's car, Adhit said; "It's IMPOSSIBLE that our tab for two hours of billiard, a coke, and rental of two billiard gloves would add up to 115thou. Think about it, the gloves themselves are 35thou each. Hey, do you think they've felt their 70thou loss by now?"
Luck-O-Meter rating: 5/5
Totally lucky. I mean who doesn't want to pay 70thou less? It's not like they intended not to pay. It was just lucky the lady who rented them the billiard gloves forgot all about them.

Well that's it :D

Random Thoughts After Watching The Last Of GLEE
Okay. I just finished the last episode of GLEE. For season 1 anyways.
A little late but it's okay, I savoured the last episodes. I felt the last 4 episodes were more emotional episodes but hey, the songs were really good. My favourite song from the four episodes(or possibly the whole season?) has got to be 'Dream A Little Dream Of Me'.
Well I haven't heard the original song so I'm not sure which version is better but either way, I really love the Glee version. Hmm I also like 'A House Is Not A Home' And 'Total Eclipse Of The Heart' even though I haven't heard the originals either.
I felt that the Glee Cast did really well in covering Lady Gaga's 'Poker Face' And 'Bad Romance'. I just LOVE he versions they did. Beck's 'Loser' was good too. And I like how they did MC Hammer's 'U Can't Touch This' from a few episodes ago.
Those, I've heard the originals and I think Glee made the songs better. Except for Lady Gaga's songs of course, both versions sound great.
I guess I really like 'Dream A Little Dream Of Me' because of the dreamy lyrics. It's that type of early morning, sleepy, and in-love songs.
Here are the lyrics. Artie sings well.
Stars shining bright above you, night breezes seem to whisper, "I love you".
Birds singing in the sycamore tree, "Dream a little dream of me".
Say "nighty-night" and kiss me. Just hold me tight and tell me you'll miss me.
While I'm alone and blue as can be, dream a little dream of me.
Stars fading, but I linger on, dear.
Still craving your kiss, I'm longing to linger till dawn, dear.
Just saying this: Sweet dreams till sunbeams find you.
Sweet dreams that leave all worries behind you.
But in your dreams whatever they be, dream a little dream of me.

It's really sweet right? Another song that has the same effect is 'Toothpaste Kisses' By The Maccabees but Glee didn't cover it.
Ok. This post is dedicated to GLEE so I shall not stray.
Hmph.
Opinions?
I sorta like Kurt's voice. It's so strong. But Kurt's voice is like a male voice that can reach high notes so he's good for singing female songs. Artie's voice is sorta nice too. Puck's is not bad. Arrggghh all of them are good. Actually come to think of it, Finn's isn't bad, it just isn't the best.
Well, Glee's season finale; not bad. I'm not going to drop any spoilers on it today. For some reason though, the prize for best season finale goes to TVD(The Vampire Diaries).
I can't compare though. It's different.
YAY.
Ok. Night-night.
Sweet dreams 'till sunbeams find you ;)
P.S. Apologies on the title of this post. I didn't know what else to name it. You see, this isn't really a review or anything, it's just random thouhgts that pop into my head after watching Glee 1F.

4 Minutes
Some people have 4 minutes to sing a song, others have 4 minutes to save the world. Well, I have four minutes to write this blog post. Okay so I haven't posted for an uber long time. Well. That's that. I just haven't found the time or interest to write in my blog as often as I used to.
Quick updates. Hmmm.
OPPORTUNITY HALL!! For the last time this school year. Man, I remember those days in sec2. One year ago. Th peak of my junior high life. Now looking back, I really miss those days when studying was equivalent to just reading the cover page of the text book. Sigh.
Okay. 2 minutes left.
You might be wondering why I have timed myself in writing this. Well that is because I have to study in 4 mintutes, so I thought, 'that's enough time to write in my blog right?' well if this gets published, I'm certainly right.
OH. Recently I have been watching this Horror-Fantasy TV show from CW network called The Vampire Diaries. It's so awesome I just looovvveee it. Well season one ended on the 13th of May and season 2 is going to air in September. That's way too long to wait. I can't wait. I can't wait. I can't wait.
Okay to be honest I didn't always like the Vampire Diaries. I started loving it after the 4th episode when everything started to become all awesome.
Well no time to elaborate. I'll do it later.
Forgive me for the total disoraganization of thought and the typos. I only did have 4 minutes. OMG I think I exceeded 4 minutes. Okay. Okay. Time to publish.

Minamishineyo!
"Listen carefully, because I'll only say it once... I like you"
"Listen carefully, because I'll say it everyday... I love you"

I must be insane. Hahah. This is the umpteenth time I have blogged about this K-Drama. GWAH. I just finished watching it for the second time. I find it even sweeter this time. I really am insane. So, I found this great picture thing, I just HAD to put it on my blog. GWAAAAAAHHH.
About the quote, that HAS to be the sweetest thing I've heard in a drama. Hahah. It really goes to show how the heart progresses in love <3
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Damn, I'm so going to miss this drama. Again. I don't know, should I watch it all over again xP. If I do, it'd be my 3rd and 1/2 time. The other time I was watching it, I only managed half, then recently I bought the DVD and finished the whole thing for the second time. Hahahha.
Man, my heart is melting right now. I can't believe I'm this soft. Haha. Well all girls are (somewhere deep inside) soft for this kind of love that we all want and need. I guess I substitute my lack my feeding my eyes, my heart, and my mind with this 'candy', which is, of course, the average K-Drama.
Except this isn't an average K-Drama. This has to be my (if not first) second favourite K-Drama, following the very first K-Drama I watched, 'My Girl'. They're both written by the same talented duo BTW, the Hong sisters. I sure hope they come out with something oh-so-awesome soon!
Wahaha. I want a Hwang Tae Kyung! AARRRRGH.
I pick good dramas to watch. Now, I'm certain I've seen all the good ones. Almost all. Now I need to know what to watch next.
My criteria: It must be funny but not corny, it must be romance, it must not make me cry more than once in the entire drama. It must be light. It must be less than 25 episodes(sorry Shining Inheritance @28episodes put me off long dramas, they're just too grueling). Oh, and they musn't be talking about money almost half the time -_-
